“After 8 years, we have a lot to talk about... Grateful for the opportunity to do so. We’ll see you soon,” the band wrote on Instagram today.

It’s been a long time since fans have seen letlive. live.
After forming in 2002, the American post-hardcore outfit released four albums: Speak Like You Talk (2005), Fake History (2010), The Blackest Beautiful (2013), and 2016’s If I’m The Devil. After fifteen years, the band broke up in 2017, and vocalist Jason Aalon Butler became a member of the band Fever 333. However, last year, he indicated that he’d like to get the band back together and end things on better terms.
End things on better terms they will: from June to November 2025, letlive. will tour across the US, Europe, the UK, and Australia on their sincerely yours tour.
“After 8 years, we have a lot to talk about. Even more to feel. Grateful for the opportunity to do so. We’ll see you soon,” the band wrote on Instagram today.
In 2025, letlive. comprises founding members Jason Aalon Butler and guitarists Jeff Sahyoun and Jean Nascimento. For the tour, they’ll be joined by Point North drummer Sage Webber and Issues bassist Skyler Acord.
Letlive. will head to Australia this September. The tour begins at Brisbane’s The Triffid on Friday, 5 September, followed by Sydney’s Manning Bar on Saturday, 6 September, Melbourne’s Max Watts on Sunday, 7 September, Adelaide’s Lion Arts Factory on Tuesday, 9 September, and wraps up at Perth’s Magnet House on Wednesday, 10 September.

In a statement, Butler commented that the band’s reunion (and farewell) is happening out of “necessity.”
He explained: “I think this is all happening out of necessity. The boys and I have expressed our need to play letlive. music again based on where we are in our lives individually and how the collective spiritual theme between us has aligned.”
“Also, if you’ll allow me to be presumptuous—I believe the world could use the ll.ove. Besides, soul punx never dies.”
Nascimento added, “We came from a time of building an audience in grassroots venues. I am grateful to be able to enter a new chapter of letlive., where our life experiences in the past few years can offer a new and exciting experience for our fans.”
Jeff Sahyoun said, “letlive. represents a part of my life that refuses to be silenced. Coming back to it feels like fulfilling a calling—one that reminds me of why I ever started all of this in the first place.”
