From #2 to #46!
Coming in at #36 this year with his Like A Version collaboration with Paces (slaying LDRU's Keeping Score and paying no mind to haters), we had a chat to Guy Sebastian about five other songs on the 2016 triple j Hottest 100 that he loved.
Check out a raw, sneak peek at Sebastian's upcoming album Conscious here, as well as pre-sale details for his upcoming album preview shows.
Like a busload of others, Sebastian thought Amy Shark's Adore was rad. Given Shark doesn't even have an album out and the song was released in only November, the high honour of scoring the #2 position is not lost on Sebastian — or Shark for that matter, who is the first solo female artist to score the spot since Lorde's Royals in 2013.

Coming in just shy of the top 10, Love$ick was one of 28 songs on the Hottest 100 with a featured artist. The 20-year-old British producer's track was a huge hit on the youth broadcaster as well as on Spotify, and saw the song certified gold in NZ. The song is currently sitting at 16.2 million views on YouTube. Like Amy Shark, Mura Masa does not have an album out yet.
The rapper's feature with fellow rapper Anderson .Paak just slipped into the halfway mark of the Hottest 100. It was both Mac Miller and Anderson .Paak's only entry and was the first single released from Miller's The Divine Feminine.
