Foo Fighters Announce Aussie Stadium Tour

Modern rock favourites Foo Fighters have announced a stadium tour of Australia.

Dave Grohl and co. will perform in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth next February and March. Pre-sale tickets for Frontier Members are available from Tuesday 11 November, while general sale are available Thursday 13 November.

Joining the Foos on the tour will be Chicago hard-rock troup Rise Against as well as local indie-rock outfit The Delta Riggs. Details on the massive tour can be found in theGuide and The Music App.

The tour has been heavy on the rumour mill for sometime and will come just a few months after the release of their latest and much anticipated new album Sonic Highways. The record, which is the band's eighth studio LP, is out globally on Monday 10 November.
