DJ Sneak Cancels Australian Festival Appearances

Jamie xx replaces him at Let Them Eat Cake

US house music legend DJ Sneak has cancelled his summer festival appearances in Australia.

The Chicago DJ/producer, best known for his 2001 hit Fix My Sink, was set to play today's Lost Paradise festival in NSW and tomorrow's Let Them Eat Cake festival in Victoria.

Promoters have issued a statement reporting that the cancellation was due to a medical emergency: "Due to doctor's orders DJ Sneak has been forced to cancel his tour."

Lost Paradise revealed further details, posting on Facebook that the cancellation was due to "a back injury".

Let Them Eat Cake have announced that Sneak's New Year's Day slot will now be filled by no-less a replacement than Jamie xx
