After announcing its airing a few months ago, Channel 7 has shared the premiere date for its exclusive showing of An Audience With Kylie.
An Audience With Kylie will air on Monday, 29 January. The special performance meets conversation will play after the premiere of the new season of Australian Idol, which plays at 7:30 pm. An Audience With Kylie is set to air at 9:10 pm on Channel 7 and streaming platform 7plus.
Kylie Minogue herself has teased the sharing of personal stories and offering of surprises, with the Aussie pop sensation set to answer questions from devoted fans in between performances of her biggest hits, from I Should Be So Lucky to Can’t Get You Out Of My Head to The Loco-Motion to Padam Padam.
Minogue said in a press release about the showing on Australian television, “I want everyone to feel like they are there with us, as they are in spirit! Have some friends over, get the snacks in and perhaps even pop a bottle of something!”
The performance took place at London’s Royal Albert Hall in November. The filmed concert arrives as part of ITV’s An Audience With series produced by Lifted Entertainment (part of ITV Studios) and co-produced with BMG.
