Yes, it’s happening again. This time it’s bigger and better than ever.
If you went to see Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band earlier this year, then you will be aware of the fact that this band put on performances so incredible that no amount of hyperbole will do them justice.
Well, they're back. And this time Little Steven is coming, as is Tom Morello.
What's more? A reformed Hunters & Collectors are supporting in Melbourne.
Oh, also, they're playing Adelaide and Perth this time.

It's quite astonishing that this band, whose tour earlier this year was their first visit in well over a decade are returning to our shores so soon, but given that almost the entire country had Springsteen fever when The Boss was here and that everyone continues to rave about just how life-affirming those shows were, it makes good sense.
Steven Van Zandt (aka Little Steven, aka Sylvio Dante) wasn't able to make the trip last time. But he won't be missing out this time around. That's not to say that Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine is being kicked out of the band, he'll be there too!
We could go on and on about the importance of The Boss and his band (120 million records sold, constantly referred to as the world's best live band, untold influence on so many great rock bands…), but just believe us when we say that you cannot miss these shows.
All the dates and details of support acts are below and tickets go on sale from Ticketek as of Monday 26 August. It'll be expensive, but you'll be glad you spent the money. As well as Hunters & Collectors (who are being celebrated with a tribute record this year) reforming for the first time in a very long time to support, The Rubens and Dan Sultan also getting in on the action.
Those last shows were so electric that the band hadn't even left the country when negotiations for their return began.
“To see Bruce and the E Street Band perform over the course of three hours or more was a truly unbelievable experience,” Frontier Touring Managing Director Michael Gudinski says. “The tour wasn't even over before there were discussions about a return and I'm so thrilled that of anywhere in the world they chose here to return to.”
The Boss' manager and producer Jon Landau says the Australian tour this year was one of Springsteen's best of all time.
“Our shows in Australia earlier this year were among the very best and most satisfying of our whole 128 show tour. The crowds were tremendous, the fans as warm, friendly, and welcoming as we could ever hope for, and the quality of the performances, as virtually every reviewer commented, were spectacularly high.”
Here's The Boss covering The Saints in Brisbane, because he's a legend.
