One of Melbourne's best kept secrets won't remain that way for much longer.. With Melbourne outfit Rat & Co about to join a European tour with Hoodlem, it makes sense they'd drop a sneaky remix of that act's single, Firing Line. Rat & Co recently joined Chet Faker around Aus' on his recent Built On Glass album tour, and you get the feeling they are on a fast incline with their sparse, haunting productions and strong groove. They're album Binary, from earlier this year, was something to behold, and they're one of my favourite Aussie acts. Take a listen below: Follow Rat & Co: FACEBOOK // WEBSITE

We had a sit down with Golden Features before he destroyed two sets at CIRCO Festival this year.. While it pains us to say "hottest dance act in Australia right now", it has to be said Golden Features is definitely there or there-abouts at the moment. He first exploded onto the scene with a free debut EP (listen HERE) in February of this year, and has quickly gone on to become one of the most in-demand acts on Australia's club/festival circuit. At the time of the interview not much had been revealed beyond his mask and a penchat for dark, bassy house, and we talked letting the music speak first, not getting tied down to any particular genre, and his old days graffing around Sydney. Recently Stell has just dropped a killer remix for Aus' dance stalwarts The Presets (listen HERE), along with joining the lineups for the upcoming LISTEN OUT, YOUR PARADISE and BEYOND THE VALLEY Festivals, and one gets the feeling that things are only just getting warmed up for Golden Features: Follow Golde

However, as we ramp back up to the Aussie summer and with Sable hard at work on his next EP, he's decided to pump out some goodies to keep the vibes feeling good. Following the earlier Pokemon homaging beast that was Mt Moon (HERE), Sable's Pokemon obsession comes full circle with two brand new tracks in Thunderwave and Surf on the Kanto EP. Providing his own vocoder-fied vocals to both tracks, each come pre-destined as the soundtrack to your beach-filled summer on a release that will see a strictly limited run of 7" vinyls, made up of a pokeball disc packaged in a die cut sleeve. Will yours also contain a limited edition Sable Pokemon card? After you've streamed the tunes below, head to his BANDCAMP to fi
