Future Musical Festival releases second announcement
The second round of bands for Future Music Festival has been released, boasting an impressive range of artists that is bound to please young and old dance music fans alike. The announcement is headed by none other than electronic and new wave pioneers New Order, who have been a powerhouse in the music industry for three decades with hits that include Blue Monday, Bizarre Love Triangle and Age Of Consent. Also making the trip out for the annual dance and indie festival are circuit mainstays Friendly Fires. The XL Recordings signees will be returning to our shores on the back of new album Pala, which was released in May. Rounding out the heavy hitters in the announcement are hip-hop/rock crossover band Gym Class Heroes and the legendary Mark Ronson, who will be performing DJ sets with Zane Lowe.
