Djent lovers deliver debut offering

The Story So Far have announced that they are currently in the studio recording their new album with New Found Glory guitarist Steve Klein (Man Overboard, Heroes For Hire).

Green Day have posted the new music video for their song "Troublemaker". The song is taken from the band's latest album "¡Uno!", which is out now through Reprise Records. "¡Uno!" is the first album to be released in the band's "¡Uno!", "¡Dos!" and "¡Tre!" trilogy, with "¡Dos!" set to be released on November 13,  and "¡Tre!" on Janurary 13, 2013.

Jimmy Eat World have announced through a post on their Twitter account that they have completed recording their new album. The band recorded the new album with producer Alain Johannes, and the album is now ready to begin the mixing process.

Stone Sour have posted previews of two new songs onto their Soundcloud page. The songs "The Travelers Pt.1" and "A Rumor of Skin" will feature on the band's new album "House of Gold & Bones - Part 1", which is the first part of a double concept album, and will be released on October 23 through Roadrunner Records.

The Early November have posted the new music video for their song "In Currents". The song is taken from the band's new album of the same name, which is out now through Rise Records.

Fozzy have posted the new music video for their song "Sandpaper". The track and video features a guest appearance by M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold, and is taken from the band's latest album "Sin And Bones", which is out now through Century Media Records.

In Fear And Faith have posted a new song from their forthcoming album online. The song "The Calm Before Reform" is taken from the band's new self-titled album, which will be released on October 16 through Rise Records. 

ShaI Hulud have announced that they are currently looking for a new singer. Vocals on their recently completed new album were recorded by producer, former singer, and current New Found Glory guitarist Chad Gilbert, but the band is searching for someone to fill the vacant position.The band posted the following:"It's the heart that pumps the blood, not the face. The heart of Shai Hulud is its content. This remains consistent, rest assured. Faces come and go. Dust off our backs, and onward…We are indeed searching for a front-person to lead the band on stage. Cult Of Luna have posted an update regarding where they are currently at with their new album "Vertikal" that they began recording in earlier in the year. The band posted: "The album will be released at the beginning of the year, and is thematically influenced by the film 'Metropolis': a hypnotic backdrop of machinery and repetition. Before we started writing we were keen to find a theme that in a very direct way could be shown through the music, and we hope to have achieved this. We developed clear structures – very linear, refusing to over complicate the writing process."

MxPx have posted the new music video for their song "Aces Up". The song is taken from the band's latest album "Plans Within Plans", which is out now through the band's own Rock City Records label.
