Creditor DN Holdings is seeking an order from the court that the festival owners repay a $1.25 million loan in full, plus interest and costs.

APRA AMCOS welcomed the new summit, describing it as the "key to live music revival."

“We worked really, really hard and we tried to do something, and you guys helped us for a bit, and now it doesn't exist anymore, and that sucks," explained Bendigo Records director and co-owner Sam Edmonds.

Zenith's production capacity has tripled "to approximately 6,000 records per week, making Zenith the largest vinyl pressing plant in the Southern Hemisphere."

“Unfortunately, we’re no longer in a position to continue operating," organisers wrote on social media.
