Susan Heymann began her career at Chugg Entertainment, working her way up from an intern to eventually becoming the company's Managing Director. In this role, she was responsible for promoting some of the largest international tours to visit Australia, covering a wide array of genres and artists. Her leadership and contribution to the industry have been widely recognised.
In 2019, when Chugg Entertainment entered a joint venture with Mushroom Group's Frontier Touring, Heymann's role expanded. She was later appointed to her current position as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Frontier Touring. In this senior role, she oversees artist relations, creative development, and the company's overall touring operations. For her significant impact on the industry, she has received numerous accolades, including being named a "Live Legend" at the National Live Music Awards and being honoured by Pollstar as one of its "Women of Live”.

While Frontier Touring is a leader in international tours, they have had a busy year with Australian artists as well. It doesn’t get much bigger than Kylie Minogue, but Frontier have also been pulling the strings with Spacey Jane, Peach PRC, Paul Kelly, Royel Otis, Ben Lee, Bliss N Eso, Daniel Johns, Josh Pyke, Katie Noonan, Hazlett, and more. The company’s international tours have also provided support opportunities to artists like Gordi (David Gray), Mallrat (Kylie Minogue), Alex Lahey (City & Colour), Lewis Love (Zac Brown Band), and Fanny Lumsden (Paul Kelly).
Simply put, Susan Heymann is a powerhouse. She’ll be the one to speak up for opportunities for Australian artists. The one to stop you at a gig to play you an artist she’s just heard. The one that’s side of stage at shows that other executives would be too busy to attend. She’s a real music person who has taken the spirit of Chugg and Gudinski and channelled it into what an Australian touring company needs to be in 2025, balancing both the cultural and commercial realities that come with being one of the country’s biggest music businesses.
