We are looking forward to welcoming you to a very special night of music, community and rebuilding.

Please read the information below carefully so everyone can enjoy a safe and smooth event experience.

PLAYING TIMES

* Gates: 5.00pm

* Kaitlin Keegan: 6.00pm - 6.30pm (30 MINS)

* Swim State: 6.45pm - 7.30pm (45 MINS)

* Tones And I: 8.00pm - 9.30pm (90 MINS)

TICKETING & ENTRY

* Tickets will be accepted via:

- Digital barcode on your phone- Printed paper ticket

* Please ensure your barcode is clearly visible and your phone is charged.

* Security screening will be in place.

* Please allow time for entry screening

NO PASS OUTS

* There are strictly no pass outs. Once you leave the venue, re-entry will not be permitted.

BUS TRANSPORT

* Bus services will operate from:

- Euroa- Avenel- Seymour- Nagambie- Shepparton

* Bookings are strictly first in, best dressed as seating is limited.

CAR PARKING

* Parking is available adjacent to the venue.

* No sales at the gate.

* Parking outside designated areas may attract fines or towing.

ACCESSIBILITY PARKING & DROP-OFF

* Accessibility drop-off located near the main entry/ticket booths

* Designated disability parking spaces available

* Once parking has been paid for, please email [email protected] with your name and registration number to arrange disability parking allocation.

* Please note: Parking is in a paddock. Ground conditions are uneven and may be rough underfoot.

DROP-OFF & PICK UP ZONES

* Located adjacent to the main entry:

- General drop-off- Bus drop-off- Accessibility drop-off

* Please follow signage and traffic management directions.

CAMPING

* There is no camping available at the Recreation Reserve. Please arrange alternative accommodation if required.

DRINKING WATER - SUPPORTED BY GOULBURN VALLEY WATER

* 25,000 litres of fresh drinking water will be available on site.

- Bring your own empty drink bottle- Refill at designated water stations

* Bottles must be empty on entry. This supports safety and waste reduction.

FOOD & VENDORS

* A wide variety of food vans will be operating, including:

- Hot Dogs- Samosas, Pan Rolls, Roti Wraps- Rice & BBQ Butter Chicken- Noodles- Fried food packs (chips, nuggets, fish)- Souvlakis & Kebabs- Burgers & Chips- Wood-Fired Pizza- Donuts (GF available)- Fairy Floss & Snow Cones- Twisted Potatoes- Smoothies & Protein Balls- Soft Serve & Gelato- Popcorn & Ice Cream- Cakes & Slices- Coffee, Cakes & Sweets- Dutch Pancakes

* Most vendors will have EFTPOS facilities available.

* Due to the rural location and potential variability in mobile reception, we recommend bringing a small amount of cash as a back-up precaution.

LICENSED AREA (18+)

* A licensed event will operate on site.

- 18+ only- Event-issued wristband required

* No wristband, no purchase.

* Bar closes at 9:00pm.

CHAIRS & SEATING

* You are welcome to bring:

- Camping chairs- Picnic blankets

CHAIR PLACEMENT

* Chairs must be placed under the trees and not in the open viewing areas directly in front of the stage.

* This ensures clear sightlines and safe access pathways.

* Not permitted:

- Recliners- Large shade structures or umbrellas

* Event staff may direct placement if required.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

* This includes:

- No BYO alcohol- No BYO soft drinks- No BYO water- No BYO beer- No BYO food

* All food and beverages must be purchased from authorised vendors inside the event.

* Bags may be inspected on entry.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY EXPECTATIONS

* This is a family-friendly community event.

* Any aggressive, intoxicated, loud or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the venue. We appreciate everyone helping maintain a respectful and safe environment.

ACCESSIBILITY

* Accessible toilet facilities available

* Please note: The event site is on dirt ground with no paved areas. Consider mobility needs and suitable footwear.

FIRST AID & MEDICAL

* Professional medical services will be on site, including:

- 1x GP- 2x Ambulance Officers- 2x Registered Nurses- 2x Level 3 First Aid Officers- 2x Level 2 First Aid Officers

* Comprehensive coverage is in place to support patron safety.

Security

* A strong and visible security presence will operate across the venue. Please follow all directions from security and event staff.

Animals

* Only registered assistance dogs are permitted. No other animals allowed.

Weather

* This is an outdoor event. The concert will proceed in wet weather. Please dress appropriately. We recommend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent.
