After much anticipation, Terra Firma Dining & Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast proudly present their third Fire-to-Table Dining Experience.



Nestled on the stunning South East Lawn of the resort, Terra Firma Head Chef and Founder, Charly Pretet, and Sheraton Gold Coast’s Executive Chef, Christopher Dodds, join forces for a fire-to-table feast like no other.



As the sun sets and the flames rise, you’ll be immersed in the intoxicating aromas of a three-course shared banquet, meticulously prepared over an open fire by Charly, Chris, and the talented Terra Firma team. This extraordinary dining experience celebrates the timeless tradition of cooking with fire, where each dish is a testament to the beauty of simple, yet masterful, ingredients. It’s an evening that will transport you to a world where food, fire, and ambience unite in the most exquisite way.



Guests will enjoy a fire-infused feast, starting with a grazing table of Middle Eastern Lamb Ribs, coal-roasted Baba Ghanoush and Muhammara, fire-grilled flatbread, tzatziki, and smoked olives
