Canberra's HANDS LIKE HOUSES continue their new era with the release of their fifth album album "A T M O S P H E R I C S" due out on the 14th of February. To celebrate the release, including a special night at Fun Time Pony, Canberra. There will be a first cut screening of a documentary outlining the making of the record, followed by a Q&A and acoustic performance. "The idea for Atmospherics came during one of the low parts of our career" says Joel Tyrrell. "Everything we knew had been swept away, and we really didn't know if we would continue on as a band so we had to dig deep together and talk about what we wanted. Some of our happiest moments have been with the band so we wanted to re-shape our future"The concept of A T M O S P H E R I C S is about learning how to fly again, on their own terms and as an independent band.
