Gloves Up for Men’s Mental Health

BroFit Bankstown Fight Night is more than just a boxing event, it’s a powerful community showcase bringing people together to stand up for men’s mental health and wellbeing.

This amateur fight night features everyday men from all walks of life who have committed to a 10-week fight camp, training with discipline, consistency, and courage before stepping into the ring for 3 x 90-second rounds.

Many of these men are stepping into the ring for the very first time. This is about growth, accountability, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more.

At BroFit, we believe in creating safe spaces for men to train, talk, and grow, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Fight Night reflects that mission. It’s not about ego or bravado. It’s about showing up, backing your brothers, and building stronger men for stronger families and communities.

On the night, expect:

Live amateur boxing bouts High-energy atmosphere and crowd support VIP tables and premium ringside experiences Live auctions in support of men’s health and wellbeing charities A community-driven event backing men’s mental health

A portion of funds raised on the night, including through ticket sales and live auctions, will go toward supporting men’s mental health and wellbeing charities and community initiatives focused on early intervention, connection, and support for men doing it tough.
