Anglers Tavern Comedy

ANGLERS TAVERN COMEDY RETURNS!

Featuring the hilarious Daniel Connell and Takashi Wakasugi.

Daniel Connell is one of Australia’s busiest and most loveable comedians, delivering dry, unexpected observations about everyday life. A regular on Have You Been Paying Attention?, and stand-out on the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Galas. Daniel has a sharp eye for the absurd, delivering dry, unexpected humour with effortless charm.

“Connell is a master of spinning a good yarn, with a zing in every tale.”— ArtsHub

Takashi Wakasugi brings a unique perspective to stand-up, blending sharp observations, clever humour and a distinctly Japanese approach to comedy. As seen on Taskmaster Australia, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala, Thank God You’re Here, and Question Everything, he’s a comedian with a style all his own.

“Exquisite stand-up.” ????— Chortle (UK)
