Blink-182’s appearance will be their first with the classic lineup of Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker and Tom DeLonge since 2014.

After a “freak accident that no one saw coming,” Barker needed surgery, DeLonge said in an Instagram video.

"I smashed it so hard I dislocated it and tore the ligaments."
