New Music, James Blake - '200 Press'
Preview a new wondrously whack, soul-infused house jam from James Blake.. Sometimes we think James Blake is some kind of alien humanoid who fell to Earth to bless us with incredible music from the future, and soon he's going to disappear back to wherever he came ftom, leaving a trail of dumbfounded club music fans in his wake...Today Blake upped an official preview of a new track, which drops in full December 8th, on the Soundcloud of the label imprint he founded with Dan Foat (R & S Records) and Airhead: 1-800-Dinosaur (read more about these dudes in this great Dummy interview). Loston - Drown
Perth lad Loston rolls another new original out - and it's aces.. It's been a pleasure following WA-based producer Loston's growth from his original edits to now focusing on his own originals. His James Blake and Sampha touch-ups got your curiousity (and a lot of others' judging by how well they killed Hypemachine and the like), but as we mentioned with the release of his most recent tune Next Exit - his originals now have your attention. And so it goes with latest effort, Drown. Premiering on Stoney Roads this WEEK, Drown has us still guessing about Loston's "sound" so to speak, but that can only be a good thing. Celebrating the one year anniversary of the bird of "Loston", this is as chill as they come, and with tracks in the works featuring the likes of Thief and Nicole Millar, we continually look forward to what comes next: Follow Loston: FACEBOOK // SOUNDCLOUD Read an interview with Loston HERE, listen to Next Exit HERE and his Sampha re-work HERE.

Loston - Next Exit
New music from Loston is always cause for celebration.. Good friend of the rats and general legend Loston has released a new track, this time an original following a couple of much-loved re-works of Sampha's Too Much and James Blake's Retrograde. 2014 has seen those tracks getting huge spins at the likes of Coachella, along with a heap of love from producers/listeners around the globe. Next Exit is his first original release and the precursor for a slew of new works set to drop on a monthly basis til the end of the year. After less than a year in the production game, he's has racked up a half a million Soundcloud plays and seen his reworks hit as high as the number 2 slot on Hypemachine, proving his worth far beyond beginner’s luck.
