"Sammy J & Randy have created something playful, interactive and undoubtedly entertaining."

Sammy J & Randy were bickering with each other during a catchy pop musical number, just before Sammy J asked everyone in the audience to stand up while he threw Randy overboard to crowd surf. Yep, this is the kind of thing that's to be expected from a Sammy J & Randy show.

They sung an early Christmas carol titled Deck The Halls With Aussie Stereotypes, singing of reindeers in Sydney "doing cocaine on the harbour, eating seafood marinara". Each song they performed was short and insanely catchy, with another titled We Were Swiss Lovers In A Past Life followed by some crossed star jump after the chorus line. It was hilarious.

Towards the end of the show, Randy called out his comedic partner for playing keys in a slightly different key, causing him to sound a little off: "I sounded really flat there — I mean, we are at the Opera House." They had an ongoing joke with someone called Tim in the audience, and it was after Randy had threatened him that Sammy J leaped into the stands and sat on Tim's lap to protect him. Sammy J & Randy have created something playful, interactive and undoubtedly entertaining.
