From simple, stripped-back acoustic guitar, to lush orchestration, to some gentle rock, Diamond uses Melody Road to showcase just how much is in his musical arsenal. While the title track might ease things in, it’s not long before he gets a little loose. This is one 73 year old who isn’t letting age get in the way.
