Demo Taped’s single I Luv U channels some serious Hayden James vibes..

Featuring a heap of fire, including an un-released Cosmo's Midnight slice of bliss.. Last week saw Diplo & Friends' radio show host a Valentine's Special and who better to get in the mix than the king of emotions himself, Ryan Hemsworth. The one-hour mix is as excellent as you'd expect, traversing a glorious menagerie of genres and featuring a whole heap of un-released and exclusive material. What got our bones rattling was an un-released remix from our At The Pile headliners, Cosmo's Midnight. Rather than being a synth-filled banger we're used to from the old Cosmo's, it's very much in line with latest single Snare, a super-blissful and chilled out piece of electronica, packing feels for days. WeDidIt producer Purple swathes us in a moody-pop haze with new track Purple.. Lisbon-born, London-based artist Purple is a part of Shlohmo's LA-based label, WeDidIt, which is kind of like a tight, Wu-Tang style collective of producer weirdos. Cop his debut EP Salvation from 2013 to get an introductory feel for his dark, hypnotic sound.  Purple's got a debut album, Silence & Remorse, coming out on WeDidIt around April - today the singer-songwriter gives us the first sample of that debut, by way of Extinction. The vocal-led track's an atmospheric, uplifting, alt-pop/R&B piece, that swings in and out of house-inclined moments. Stream below:

LA producer Shlohmo gives us the chilling visual accompaniment to new track Buried.. Shlohmo, AKA Henry Laufer, continues to take his work to scary new levels. A few weeks ago, the LA-native released Buried, a grim and obscure track off his forthcoming album Dark Red. Read about the track HERE. With the new season of The Walking Dead out this week and zombie fever back in fashion, Laufer couldn't have picked a more appropriate time to boost the hype for Dark Red, revealing his equally disturbing music video for Buried this week.   Directed by LA-based filmmaker Lance Drake, the demonic video gives visual substance to Buried: we watch a distraught soon-to-be-mother dragging herself through the gritty streets of LA, consumed by pain, dripping in blood, cross-sectioned with visuals of a hypercolour birth canal. It's like some surreal, bloody nightmare - closely resembling a retro horror flick - and is not for the faint-hearted. Watch below. Dark Red is set for an April 7 release.   FAC
