When listening to Molière, the latest tune from Perth group Our Man In Berlin, it’s hard to accept the fact that they’ve only been around for 18 months. Boasting a premiere on triple j’s Home & Hosed program, Molière is another great example of the group’s signature electronic/indie crossover sound, one that we really fell in love with last year on their track Cirrhosis. Integrating frantic percussion, feel-good guitar and a heaving bassline with the smooth vocals of frontman Haydn Mansell, Molière is a super quality tune for a group that has been around for not even two years.
