One Night Stand is heading to Griffith, New South Wales, this September; triple j confirmed today.
The national broadcaster’s annual festival, which takes place in a different regional location each year, announced the line-up for this year’s event last week.
In-demand producer Ninajirachi and euphoric rockers DMA’S lead the line-up, and they’re joined by the genre-defying Genesis Owusu, alt-pop star MAY-A, and rockers Beddy Rays, plus a triple j Unearthed competition winner, to be confirmed closer to the event.
triple j’s One Night Stand will take over the Griffith Showground on Wiradjuri Country on Saturday, 5 September.
Tickets to this year’s event are now available, costing $15 plus booking fees for punters over 16 and $10 plus booking fees for under-16s. You can find tickets here.
Each year, triple j’s One Night Stand offers an all-ages, drug- and alcohol-free festival for punters across the regions.
Ticket proceeds are donated to Support Act, The Push, and a local partner: this year, it’s the Griffith Aboriginal Medical Service. Another portion of the ticket proceeds will go towards youth-led initiatives in Griffith.
