Things are going to get weird...
A human spider, glamorous unicorn, trippy octopus and more appear on the first trailer for the Australian version of The Masked Singer.
The singing competition will premiere on Network TV later this year, with Danni Minogue, Dave Hughes, Jackie O and Lindsay Lohan confirmed as judges last month, and going from the below first-look clip, they might have bitten off more than they can chew.

The series plays out in a similar fashion to the singing competitions we’ve seen here before but goes one step further than the likes of The Voice with a whacky twist, as its title suggests.
A number of local celebrities will feature on the Australian version of the show, with each performing to a panel of judges while hiding behind a character/mask.
The judges then have the opportunity to ask each contestant questions to try to determine their identity, while voting alongside the audience as to who will continue to the next round.
The US Masked Singer series, which premiered this past January, featured Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke, while celebrities such as Tommy Chong, Margaret Cho and Gladys Knight appeared as contestants, with T-Pain being crowned the winner.
