Pandering to festival-goer's palates will be Circe, Crittenden Estate, Montalto, the Paringa and Prancing Horse Estates as well artisanal spirit makers Bass & Flinders Distillery. This announcement rounds out an already packed event, with locally sourced food from local restaurants - Montalto, The Long Table, Dee's Kitchen just to scratch the surface - and live music from Kim Churchill, Darren Middleton and ARIA winner Missy Higgins.
