The Living EndVeteran rockabilly-steeped Oz-rock trio The Living End have revealed the acts who will be joining them on their first headline shows in two years when the nationally renowned three-piece hit Canberra, Wollongong and Sydney at the end of this month/start of next.
In Canberra and Sydney, the Roll On hit-makers will be joined by Palms, who rose from the ashes of former outfit Red Riders to release their debut LP Step Brothers last year, going on to tour with the likes of DZ Deathrays, Cloud Control and Surfer Blood.
For Wollongong's appearance in-between, beloved local act (and triple j Unearthed finalists) Hockey Dad will do the opening honours. They dropped debut EP Dreamin' earlier this year, and have just released a fresh single, Seaweed, for you to get your ears across.
The first show of the three-date run kicks off in Canberra, at the ANU Bar, on Thursday, October 30. From there, the convoy rolls to Wollongong's Waves on October 31, and wraps up a few days later, on November 6, at Sydney's Metro Theatre. That show is selling particularly quickly, so if you've not yet acted on getting a pass, you'll want to be quick about it.
