Three shows this May and June
Qld pop world-beaters Sheppard are setting out for their first headline shows in more than two years to celebrate new single Keep Me Crazy this May and June.
The band will embark on a whirlwind run along the east coast, kicking off at home in Brisbane at Eaton's Hill Hotel on Saturday 27 May, heading on to reacquaint themselves with Melbourne and Sydney audiences in its wake.
The brief string of shows comes on the heels of a busy period serving as national support on Justin Bieber's recent stadium tour of Australia, buoying their new tune to lofty heights on the iTunes Top 20 chart and steering it to more than 2 million streams online and an abundance of radio airplay to boot.
These gigs will be the only chance local fans have to catch up with the band before they're off jet-setting once again, with the UK once more in their sights as they prepare to take their show to British audiences on a tour alongside English pop royalty Little Mix.

"Playing live is so important to us and, before things get too crazy overseas, we are looking forward to playing for our fans here," vocalist/keyboardist George Sheppard said in a statement. "Playing with Justin Bieber around Australia was a dream come true for us, so to get the opportunity to play to our UK fans with a band like Little Mix is yet another opportunity this year where we’ve had to pinch ourselves!"
Tickets for the band's east-coast shows will go on sale this Friday, 21 April.
