Freo quartet San Cisco are back with a new album, The Water, due for release this May and they're wasting no time in giving it the fun it deserves by announcing a huge 20-date tour today.

'The Water' tour will kick off just two weeks after the album's release on 5 May and traipse the country for about six weeks.

Songs like SloMo and their newest single, Hey, Did I Do You Wrong? from the album will be on offer, as well as fan favourites Fred Astaire and Awkward.

San Cisco will also soon be gearing up to play triple j's One Night Stand in Mount Isa and this year's Splendour In The Grass.

Singer/songwriter Thelma Plum has also signed on for the epic road trip, with new material up her sleeve to showcase as well.
