"I’m so excited to go to Rotterdam and give it a red hot go!”
Montaigne has won this year's Eurovision - Australia Decides event and will represent the country at this year's competition.
On the back of her performance of Don't Break Me, the Sydney songwriter won over the Australian public and jury and racked up 107 points overall to be declared the winner at the event on the Gold Coast last night.
Montaigne beat the likes of Casey Donovan, who finished in second place with 100 points, and Vanessa Amorosi in third with 82 points.
The ARIA Award winner will now go on to represent Australia at Eurovision in the Netherlands this May.
“This is wild! I started out just grateful to be a part of Eurovision but this is fricken insane," Montaigne said.
