The family of Michael Jackson have slammed the portrayal of the late music icon in a new trailer for the upcoming TV series, Urban Myths.
Last year's announcement that UK actor Joseph Fiennes would play the King Of Pop in the show was enough to irk fans and it's gotten much louder since the trailer was released this week.
Taking to Twitter earlier today, Jackson's daughter, Paris Jackson, expressed her disgust for the portrayal of her father, as well as her godmother and late actress, Elizabeth Taylor.
"I'm so incredibly offended by it, as i'm sure plenty of people are as well, and it honestly makes me want to vomit," Jackson wrote.
"It angers me to see how obviously intentional it was for them to be this insulting, not just towards my father, but my godmother Liz as well.
"Where is the respect? They worked through blood sweat and tears for ages to create such profound and remarkable legacies. Shameful portrayal."
Jackson added that her father "would never have wanted this".
The 18-year-old's comments came not long after Jackson's nephew, Taj Jackson, slammed the show himself.
"Unfortunately this is what my family has to deal with," he tweeted.
"No words could express the blatant disrespect."

The half-hour special reportedly follows Jackson, Taylor (Stockard Channing) and Marlon Brando (Brian Cox) as they embark on a road trip to get home in the wake of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
According to Sky Arts, the show will be a "comedy which takes a light-hearted look at a reportedly true event".
