Soundwave will “still try” and tour the band.

More Falling In Reverse More Falling In Reverse

The volatile personal history of Falling In Reverse front man Ronnie Radke continues as he once again found himself behind bars over the weekend after an end of performance display resulted in the injury of two fans.

Falling In Reverse were headlining the FestEVIL event at Jackson, New Jersey's Six Flags theme park when Radke threw three microphone stands into the crowd. The Asbury Park Press reports that two fans were injured by the projectiles; a 16-year-old girl was taken to hospital after sustaining head injuries and a 24-year-old man was treated for injuries at the scene. The 28-year-old vocalist was charged with Simple Assault and Aggravated Assault and was released on $25,000 bail.

Radke famously spent two-and-a-half years behind bars after his involvement in a fight that ended in an 18-year-old man's death saw him charged with battery with substantial bodily harm. Initially avoiding jail time, Radke violated terms of his probation and ended up being incarcerated from August 2008 through to December of 2010.

In August this year Radke found himself in jail again after his girlfriend alleged the singer physically assaulted her in their Glendale, Californian home in May of this year. Radke was charged with Corporal Injury to Spouse and False Imprisonment, released on $30,000 bond and ordered to face court on November 14 after an August pretrial hearing for which he was absent.

Because of his troubles with the law, Australian promoters have struggled to obtain a visa for Radke to allow Falling In Reverse to tour Australia, much to the chagrin of their fervent fan base. Soundwave Festival and Soundwave Touring promoter AJ Maddah has been trying to get the band into the country for a long time now, even going so far as to saving them a spot on last year's Soundwave bill, but to no avail.

Following his August arrest:

But Maddah said just today that, while the chances of success are unlikely, he's still going to try and get the band onto Australian soil.
