With the music media eye firmly fixed on the Australian scene due to the success of its heavy acts as of late, one band have been honing their craft for the last few years before setting its sights on the world.
Electrik Dynamite spent the early months of 2011 recording their debut album "Hair.Denim.Sex.Metal" with Lord Tim (Lord, Dungeon) at SLS Studios in Wollongong, producing an impressive and exciting record that blends the sound of modern metal with classic 80's rock and roll.
First single "Midnight Rider" launched online to heightened praise, but it wasn't until the release of the accompanying video (produced by Robot Army Media - The Red Shore, House vs Hurricane, Anberlin, Bleeding Through) that the buzz spread and people took serious notice.
