The three Aussie artists are among an eclectic roster filling out the wildly popular franchise's next instalment
UPDATE, 2.40pm: It would seem we slipped up and missed the memo that SAFIA have also been named as part of the FIFA '17 soundtrack, with their new track Bye Bye landing them a spot alongside their local brethren.
Aussie acts DMA's, Empire Of The Sun and Jagwar Ma have all scored spots on the soundtrack for the next instalment of EA Games' wildly popular FIFA video game series, FIFA '17.
DMA's Play It Out, Empire's High & Low and Jagwar Ma's O B 1 will be the tracks gracing the game, which is due for release worldwide on 29 September.

Announced overnight (AEST), the trio of local acts help form a cabal of acts lending their tunes to next year's edition that includes international acts such as Glass Animals, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Jack Garratt, Declan McKenna, Porter Robinson, Two Door Cinema Club, Spring King and many more, including first-time appearances from Beck, Kasabian, Bishop Briggs, Ceci Bastida ft. Aloe Blacc, Capital Cities, Souls, Barns Courtney, to name a few.
Empire Of The Sun actually made their debut appearance on a FIFA soundtrack for 2014's edition, when their track Alive featured on the list alongside fellow Aussies Olympic Ayres (Magic). More recent local inclusions include Miami Horror (as well as NZ/US outfit Unknown Mortal Orchestra), who appeared on 2016's line-up, and Vance Joy, whose Mess Is Mine featured the year before.
