The inaugural event hits the Gold Coast this November
Crafted, the Gold Coast's brand new beer and cider festival, is powering towards its inaugural event and starting to take shape nicely, with organisers announcing the crop of brewers and musical entertainment set to flood Broadbeach this November.
On the music front, punters will be able to get down to the tones of nine-piece outfit Bullhorn, stalwart indie outfit Baskervillain and local Coast crews The Ruiins and IVEY. (That's only the first line-up, too — additional artists are set to be announced over the coming months.)
While they're partying, festival-goers will be able to wet their whistle with any one of more than 100 brews on offer from 20 brewers hailing from the Gold Coast, south-east Queensland and around the country.
Local companies aboard for the first-ever Crafted festivities include the likes of Balter Brewing Company, Black Hops Brewing, Burleigh Brewing Co and Lost Palms Brewing Co, joined by craft-masters from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, as well as NSW, ACT, WA, Victoria and Tasmania.

The festival hits Broadbeach's Pratten Park on Saturday 4 November, and tickets are available now for less than $30.
If you're quick — i.e. you secure an early-bird ticket — you'll get yourself a free Crafted festival beer cup for good measure. Not a bad deal at all.
