Since They Left Us: 30 Australian Acts Who Took Over A Decade To Follow Up An Album

Clap Hands, Bb Sabina Duo & Beach Vultures in The Tote Front Bar
Sunday, 11 January 2026
What?
Clap Hands, is the Melbourne/Naarm based two piece rock and roll slow-project of Sascha Klave (guitar/vocals) and Danny Heifitz (drums). As is customary for their past-master 90’s vintage (Sascha ex Electro Speed Pit and Danny ex Mr Bungle) things get heavy and rollicking but also a little bit slow and sexy. Expect original tunes, a cover or two, and some instrumentation swapping experimentation.
Joined by Bb Sabina Duo, a cinematic blend of shoegaze, electronica and post rock. Playing material from their forthcoming debut album.
And kicking off with Beach Vulture, a fresh twist to DIY gritty garage rock. Sharing a kind of musical telepathy, forged from years of high school jams and stints in bands together.
