Approximate Run Times: Doors - 30 Minutes prior to start Neglected Musicals will present Rogers and Hammerstein's CAROUSEL for limited performances at Foundry Theatre from 15 October. This 1945 musical, the second from the creators of Oklahoma follows carousel barker Billy Bigelow, a swaggering, carefree carnival barker, falls in love with and marries the sweet but naive Julie Jordan. A stunning tale of hope, redemption and the power of love. The original Broadway Production opened on 19 April 1945 and features the musical theatre classics If I Loved You , June Is Busting Out All over and You'll Never Walk Alone The 1956 Movie version stared Gordan MacRea and Shirley Jones. Directed By Lisa Callingham this will be Neglected Musicals 35th presentation
