Jack White ProfileIn the press release for Jack White’s latest video it was described as ‘revolutionary’, but frankly there’s nothing ground-breaking about three different videos in one, The Presets created an audio-visual cube (it has six faces!). But what this video excels in is the stylistic decision to include the over-reaching ideas of most videos; the maddeningly literal perception, the ‘real-life’ view and then the totally unrelated concept - in this case a head-bang fest. And you cannot fault the man for at least trying to continually evolve - his latest LP Lazaretto had a damn hologram in it for goodness sake.
