"Rollerblading is a lot harder than it looks."
WA trio Good Doogs continue to blend upbeat jangly surf punk with meaningful lyrics with their latest single, How I Feel.
Its accompanying video, premiered today via The Music ahead of the band’s Aussie tour kicking off this weekend, conveys its lyrical content in a simple but effective way.
The song itself is about “losing an important person in your life, and it’s completely your fault, and you find yourself overwhelmed with feeling everything and nothing at the same time”.
"The video was shot by Emma Smart who has directed all our clips, and was inspired by the track name,” Good Doogs told The Music.
“We tried to show three different versions of how people can feel in the same situation, but can still be drawn together by the music.
“Also, Grudge learnt to rollerblade that day. Rollerblading is a lot harder than it looks."
