What will be special about spending NYE at your venue?

It's the first time in Panama's ten-year history that we have celebrated NYE, so being the inaugural event we thought it's best to have a big one. So it's all about food, drinks and a DJ!

What is your fondest NYE memory? Standing with my partner and six friends at the front of a ship drinking champagne while watching the fireworks go off. Followed closely by some of the the best "dance battles"...

What is your NY resolution? To never say "I should do that" and to always say "Let's go do that on this day." Put it in the calendar, or buy the tickets there and then.

What should I be drinking to ring in the new year? It's good to shake things up, so why not drink a great rose, or a Saison-style beer to start. Then depending on your taste either a fresh white, or glass of bubbles.

Next year will be the year of... Good food, good booze and adventure, all while spending more time with family and friends.

What is your hangover cure? Start with coconut water, then some avocado on toast with lemon juice, add some candied crispy bacon on top. Follow it up with an ice cream and a great movie in bed. If it's bad add lemonade at the start.
