The two follow in Zan Rowe’s footsteps, who stepped down from presenting on ABC News Breakfast after ten years in December.

ABC has lined up programming featuring artists like Nick Cave & Warren Ellis, celebrations of Countdown, and more.

Elly-May Barnes, Tim Rogers, and Ella Hooper will collaborate to create bands consisting of musicians with disabilities, culminating in the bands playing at a massive Aus festival.

Graham "Asho" Ashton commented that with the new role, he feels "at exactly the right place at exactly the right time."

"It’s a missed public resource if it’s no longer offered to Australian musicians, and it’s a stinky use of the airwaves."

Their 10th anniversary will kick off with significant changes and fresh faces joining the lineup.

Triple J is "taking a better look at music preferences for younger audiences".
