This year’s Ausmusic Month begins today, and ABC has you covered with programming on television, radio, and digital platforms.
According to a press release, ABC is unveiling an all-Australian bill of music, with documentaries, specials, and live concerts airing across its platforms this month. ABC will be platforming Australian music all month on ABC TV and iView, as well as its ABC Family and ABC Entertains channels, radio stations ABC Listen, triple j, ABC Local Radio, and specialised stations ABC Classic, ABC Country, and ABC Jazz, plus ABC digital and on social media.
Celebrating Ausmusic Month with programming starring established music legends and up-and-coming talents, ABC has revealed its programming schedule this month.

Take 5 With Zan Rowe – Season 3, Episode 6 – Casey Donovan
When? Tuesday, 5 November at 8:30 pm on ABC TV. The whole season is available to stream on ABC iView.
Spicks & Specks
When? Sundays at 7:30 pm. Episodes can be streamed on ABC iView.
Midnight Oil: The Hardest Line
When? Tuesday, 12 November at 8:30 pm on ABC TV and ABC iView.
Countdown: 50 Years On
When? Saturday, 16 November at 7:30 pm on ABC TV and ABC iView.
Headliners
When? Tuesday, 19 November at 8 pm on ABC TV, with more episodes to be streamed via ABC iView.
rage Ausmusic Month Specials
When? Saturdays at 10:30 am to midday and 11.30 pm to 5 am and Sundays 5 am to 6 am throughout November. More episodes can be streamed on ABC iView.
J Awards
Nominees were announced this morning. Winners will be announced via triple j and Double J on Thursday, 14 November.

Countdown’s Top 20 Greatest Moments
When? Saturday, 9 November at 6 pm AEDT. Broadcasting the most iconic moments, including Whispering Jack, Material Girl, and more.
Each Monday, ABC Radio will be spinning 100% Australian music.
