So The Latest 'Simpsons' Episode Name-checked Two Aussie TV Shows

It's never encouraged to gloat.. but when The Simpsons name-check you, then as far as we're concerned, gloating is really the only thing you should be doing. 

On the latest episode of the iconic series, Homer lands himself the role of a TV recapper and in one particular scene is chatting to the CEO of a streaming company. 

In one shot, a huge number of TV series are displayed on TV's and amongst shows like Modern Family, GLOW, Broad City and yes, even The Simpsons are ABC shows, Rosehaven and Cleverman.

Spot them?

Rosehaven's Celia Pacquola gave a relatively composed response, tweeting "HOLY SHIT! ROSEHAVEN AND CLEVERMAN ON THE SIMPSONS!!! I DIE".

Both Rosehaven and Cleverman have been given big wraps by Australian audiences, while Pacquola also won Best Performance In A Television Comedy at last year's AACTA Awards.
