Album Review: The Besnard Lakes - Golden Lion

The Besnard Lakes' star has been steadily rising over the past few years and, two months from the release of their fifth full-length album, it's about to rise a little higher. 

Golden Lion is a three-track EP featuring the lead single from their upcoming A Coliseum Complex Museum LP as well as a couple of 'exclusive' B-sides. There's bound to be some scepticism of the shape of this release, as to whether it's a glorified single release, but given the fact that tracks The Motorway and In the Forest didn't make the EP, then the album is gonna be pretty damn good.
