Album Review: Prince - Art Official Age

Prince can still fill stadiums on the promise of a rip-roaring greatest hits show but it’s no secret that for many years he’s only occasionally managed to give us flashes of the brilliance that burned brightly in the ‘80s.

Making up with his old label Warner Bros, Prince here drops a slick electro funk album that rolls out sweet slow jams that blow through our speakers sounding fresher and more vital than Prince has in a very long time. This album suggests Prince looks set to kick off a new and invigorated phase of his illustrious career.
