Structurally and sonically, this is their most impressive album yet.
No one does chaos quite like Norma Jean do, and Wrongdoers proves as no exception. Yet here, the chaos takes a while to surface and there's a lot more restraint than what we've been seeing in albums past. With tracks like Sword In Mouth, Fire Eyes, we're shown the more melodic side of Norma Jean atop a more matured approach to songwriting; it's a complete turnaround from the discordant If You Got It At Five.... Structurally and sonically, this is their most impressive album yet.
