The perplexity that is ARTHUR WIMBLE has saturated us with the theme of heartbreak through his latest single, 'It Breaks'.

We've all established by now that the man is of quite the mysterious nature. The anonymous Queensland resident has been entering our lives ever since the release of his intricate, sorrowful tracks, 'I Love My Love', and 'Hearts'.

With recognition from music influences such as, Triple J, Indie Shuffle, Kitsune's Hot Stream and Spotify Netherlands, there is still no sign of an epic reveal of Arthur. Luckily, he's released another tasteful track to keep us entertained, called, 'It Breaks'.

The track, similar to his past works, focuses on distortion and trickling melodic lines. Arthur distorts his voice throughout the piece, creating a darker, melancholy colour in contrast to the almost-nursery rhyme-like synth lines. A story-teller himself, this track continues on from his previous tracks with the theme of heartbreak. Now, don't go breaking his heart (yes, that was a Grease reference) and listen to this delicately put together piece.

The release of this single isn't the only thing going on in the mystery of Arthur Wimbles' world, but he also announced the date of release for his debut EP, Hearts. Via TEEF Recordings, the EP is set to flow into our ears June 10, yes very very soon, so don't miss it!

Both tracks 'I Love My Love', and 'Hearts', as well as this banger, 'It Breaks' will all be featured in the EP, following a certain story of heartache and despair. So please, gives this stranger some listens as I feel like the torn man is set for big things.
