At first, Brendon Walsh seems like a pretty average guy: beer-drinker, pot-smoker, Ween-listener. But then we begin to find out this guy is an urban terrorist, using all the weapons at his disposal to 'confuse and annoy people'. A desk job is a place to write overly-complimentary letters to big corporations and wait for the hilarious response. A car park has endless potential for leaving creepy notes on windscreens. A billboard is just asking to be messed with. Nobody and nothing is safe when Brendon Walsh is around.
