'Young Talent Time' To Celebrate 50 Years This Weekend With Show Feat. Johnny, Tina & Dannii

It holds a special place in the hearts of many Australians and now fans can relive all the magic with a Young Talent Time anniversary special set to air this weekend. 

The iconic variety show, which aired from 24 April 1971 to 23 December 1988, hits its 50th anniversary in 2021 and to celebrate, 10 have announced the YTT Unmasked special, hosted by Toni Pearen. 

The program promises to look back at "all the giddy highs, the backstage drama and heartbreak, and celebrate the moments that turned its young stars into household names". 

Two of the show's best-known and most-loved exports, Tina Arena and Dannii Minogue, will be joined by Young Talent Time host Johnny Young for a reunion during the program. 

Over its 18 years, Young Talent Time run across over 800 episodes and was regular Saturday night viewing for families around the country. 

YTT Unmasked airs this Sunday 26 September at 8.30pm on 10 and 10 Play on demand. Check out the trailer for below.
