Now, with two weeks to the day remaining until the release of his eagerly awaited debut full-length album, Dream Your Life Away, Joy is keeping up with the tradition of being crazy-good to his fans with the release of a live-performance video of yet another cut from the LP, the engaging Wasted Time.
Recorded live at the renowned Sing Sing Studios, the clip goes a long way towards showcasing Joy's strength as a performer as well as composer, with his honeyed vocals losing none of their evocative power in the translation to this in-studio rendition of the cut.

Meanwhile, the tsunami that seems to follow Riptide wherever it is released ha borne down on yet another country's charts — this time in the US, where the hottest song of 2013 now comfortably rests atop both the Billboard Rock Airplay and Alternative Songs charts. We don't know about you, but being #1 on two ladders in one of the world's most crowded entertainment markets doesn't seem like the kind of achievement you'd readily sneeze at.
