So many feels.

More Coldplay More Coldplay

If you're a long-time fan of the iconic Back To The Future franchise (and let's face it, you should be), then this will warm your heart — legendary actor and film star Michael J Fox joined UK favourites Coldplay on stage during a concert in New Jersey this week to perform two tracks featured in the 1985 classic.

Performing at MetLife Stadium in support of their A Head Full of Dreams Tour, Coldplay screened a video message from frontman Chris Martin's son who requested they play a song from their favourite film, Back To The Future, and just like that, Coldplay broke into The Penguins' Earth Angel, before Martin introduced Fox to a thunderous reception.

Taking to the stage, the man who brought Marty McFly to life jumped straight on guitar and ripped in with the group.

And it didn't stop there. Revisiting one of the film's most memorable scenes, Fox led the band through a spot-on performance of Chuck Berry's Johnny B Goode.

Martin called the moment "a dream come true". Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.
